Senior World Chess Championships
The
18th Senior World Chess Championship
is scheduled to begin tomorrow in Bad Zwischenahn, Germany. Our own IM Larry Kaufman (seed #20) will be competing! First prize includes a gold medal, 2500 Euro (about 3100 USD), and the GM title.
